EPP (English Paper Piecing) Fussy Cutting

In this class we will be working on turning triangles into kaleidoscope hexagons. We will
be learning different techniques to precisely cut portions out of the fabric to highlight the
fabrics motif and to make entirely new designs. I’ll share all of my tips, tools and
stitches with you that will make you start looking at fabric in new ways.

Please note - Prior EPP experience is necessary.

What to Bring to Class:
Your basic EPP kit to include
Fabric scissors, Glue pen, Thread, Needles, Mechanical Pencil, Marking Pen, Clips,
Pins, Magnets (Whatever you like to hold your shapes together).

Additional items I like to use if you already own them
Rotary Cutter, Rotating cutting mat, 2 inch Triangle Acrylic template, Add a ¼ or add
3/8 ruler, fussy cut mirror, lightbox, needle pullers, thimble. *These items will be
discussed and are all available to purchase at Whim So Doodle with your class discount
of 10%
Your included class kit will have the triangle paper pieces we will be using and the 3
fabrics used in my samples. Feel free to bring any other fabrics you may want to play
with.
